Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S .and UK & Europe national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We provide fully trackable shipping services for all orders. Once your package is dispatched, a valid tracking number will be uploaded to your order page, and you may monitor the full delivery status at any time.
Estimated Delivery Time
For all U.S.and UK & Europe domestic deliveries, the standard estimated arrival window is 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery timelines may be slightly affected by peak shopping seasons, customs processing, carrier delays, or local logistics scheduling.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order is in transit, you will receive automated updates regarding package movement and estimated delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, as we cannot reroute or modify addresses once the order has been fulfilled.
Lost or Delayed Packages
In the rare event of a lost, missing, or significantly delayed shipment, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking details. We will coordinate with the logistics carrier to launch an official investigation and provide a resolution within 3–5 business days.
