Eligibility for Returns
 
- Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery date.

- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

- Custom‑made, personalized items and clearance sale items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.

- Bags with artificial damage, scratches, stains or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
 
Return Process
 
1. Contact our customer service via email within 14 days after receiving your order, state your order number and return reason.

2. We will send you a return authorization and return address within 24-48 hours. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the designated address. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or wrong‑shipped by our side.
 
Refund Information
 
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1‑3 business days.

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment account.

- Shipping fees for the original order are non‑refundable except for defective/wrong‑sent items.
 
Damaged & Defective Items
 
If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items, please provide photos/videos of the product and package within 7 days of delivery. We offer free replacement
